What to send us
The more of this you include in the first message, the more useful our first answer will be.
- Photos of the property — outside, inside, and the roof if you can get to it
- The village or area, and the KAEK / cadastral number if you have it
- Roughly what state it is in: shell, half-finished, or old and neglected
- What you want it to become — home, holiday house, or rental
- Your rough budget range and when you would like to start

Do you work with people who have not bought yet?
Yes, and it is the best moment to talk to us. We can look at a property you are considering and tell you what finishing it would realistically cost, before you sign anything.
How fast do you reply?
WhatsApp, usually the same working day. Email within one working day. If you do not hear from us, write again — it means something went wrong on our side.
What language do we speak?
English with you, Greek with the authorities and suppliers. We also speak Romanian and Italian.
Do you charge for the first visit?
