Building abroad fails for boring reasons
Not because the work is hard — because nobody answers, the price moves, and no one tells you what happened this week.

- English, Italian, Romanian and German. You explain what you want once, to one person, and that person deals with everyone else.
- Over 8 years on European sites
- Years of construction work in Germany and across Europe, including large projects for well-known international companies. That standard is what we brought to Crete.
- A price you can hold us to
- Fixed written scope and price before the work starts. If something genuinely changes, you approve it in writing first.
- Photos, not promises
- Regular photos and a short written update, whether you are in Crete or two thousand kilometres away.
Where we work
We take on projects across Crete, with most of our work in and around Heraklion. If your property is somewhere remote on the island, ask — we will tell you straight whether we can cover it properly.
