Three things, done properly
We are not a large agency with twenty services. We build, we fit solar, and we look after the result.

Crete gets around 300 sunny days a year. We size and fit a system for the way you actually use the house — whether you live in it or rent it out.

Once the work is done, someone has to open the shutters, pay the bills and meet the plumber. If you live abroad, that someone is us.

No surprises halfway through. The uncomfortable questions get asked at the start, not when the walls are open.

You send photos
WhatsApp us photos of the property, the location and what you want out of it. No forms, no commitment.

We visit the site
We come out, measure, check the structure, the roof, the water and the electricity, and tell you honestly what is worth doing.

Written scope and price
You get one document: what gets done, with which materials, in what order, for how much, and by when. No open-ended hourly work.

Permits and paperwork

Work, with weekly photos
Every week you get photos and a short written update on WhatsApp, whether you are in Crete or 2,000 km away.

Handover and aftercare
We walk the finished house with you, hand over the documents and warranties, and stay reachable afterwards.

We take on projects across Crete, with most of our work in and around Heraklion. If your property is somewhere remote on the island, ask — we will tell you straight whether we can cover it properly.
